Lovely garden views and free WiFi. I enjoyed the free continental breakfast and the terrace. The complimentary wireless Internet was a nice touch too.
Feather pillows and duvet, not my thing.

Every room has a shared bathroom, but don't worry, it's equipped with all the things you need, like a shower, bathrobes, and a hairdryer. Plus, the view from the double room is amazing, and you can even charge your iPod while enjoying it. Oh, and did I mention the shared kitchen? So convenient!
Personally, I'm not a big fan of the shower/tub combination with rainfall showerheads. But hey, that's just me.

Absolutely mind-blowing continental breakfast with homemade options. The bed was super comfortable, and the views from the property were jaw-dropping. The hosts went above and beyond with assistance with parking and carrying bags, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The owners were incredibly hospitable and provided excellent recommendations and information about the area. The homestay experience was charming, and the lift to Te Papa on a rainy day was a lifesaver. Would highly recommend this centrally located property.

the restored home had a stellar turn-of-the-century charm and was exceptionally clean. Its location, just a short stroll from the city centre, was very convenient. Annie and Ross, the hosts, were absolutely charming and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. the homemade muesli for breakfast, along with different seasonal fruits, was delicious and catered to my gluten-free diet. the price for the quality of the home, its views, and its proximity was very reasonable. I will definitely be back.
